or a batch of bits with tags

Then batches of bits
done classy
manhandled without gloves
or glassy-eyed matrons
safety-goggled but uniformed
and desirable with or without caps

Circling the block
to see what gathers
in the storm drains
fixated on little twigs
waiting to become nested
or vested partners in a mess

Using water and blades
to smooth a surface
the weight of such a device
filled with water and blades
a wholly worthwhile investment
if every knick can be knacked
left with a perfectly clean slate
or a surface to muss up again
