30 seconds flat
The time it takes
To raise the blood pressure
From tempered to teeming

Corrugated cardboard (200 lbs. per sq. inch)
The perfect material
To bash in anger
Without breaking a hand

98 decibels
The pinnacle of grunting
Turned to gruff cries
Signifying a loss of control

I'm sorry
Two words
Honestly said, infrequently
Makes things better

A Walk Downtown Instead
