Digress

In a moments notice
We break up nature
Dissolve space
And jump on wagons

When we make this funny
We burn bridges
And put names to new faces

Sanguine to a fault
We slump over

Tie boots too tight

Then reliving childhood
We brave rainbows

In learning things a second time
Not hostile takeovers
We grease wheels and flick needles

Then again later on
Helping someone not be alone
Returning favors
Believing in charity
