Conflicting Objects Appear Resilient

Without an otherwise blank canvas
Thin man slinking into line
Wedging between two solid bodies
Today he gets kicked down the stairs
Not a kick really
But certainly a foot made it square to his back
And down he went

In lieu of being late for dinner
Thin man was in a rush
And willing to squeeze, edge, rub
All things unspoken in lines
As forbidden
Poor thin man

Old man with crooked teeth ate a pear
The very next morning
Moustached man with odd crinkly hair
Chose to read the paper
Thin man is on bed rest
Traction in his future

If they even do that anymore
A law suit is bound to follow
The tumbling figure that clenched his guts
At the bottom of the staircase
Some tried to check on his status
Some stepped over cautiously but looked back, concerned
Some attempted to subdue the culprit
But after a shocked response denying any wrong doing
The crowd settled for a fake phone number and fake address and let the
man run off to his train

These events are fictitious and carry the scent of pine-sol
This is the same world that hosts Friday night Smackdown
Additionally, there are tidbits of pear clinging to a crumpled napkin
A core has been neatly wrapped in tissue paper
Tissue paper, in the decorative form is not toilet tissue
The consistency is much different
As is the ability to retain liquids

A leather attaché provides a level plane to place objects upon when it
is resting on your lap
Emergency exit windows have a neatly rubbered seal
Extreme pressure might just cause this seal to break
But doesn't everything
Get broken down
With pressure
Unless it's neatly bundled
In a secure encasement
Sometimes with a handle
A handle helps
